​At 1864 PASSION SHOP, we stand behind the quality and durability of our products. Every item purchased from our store is covered by a 2-year limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship, starting from the original date of purchase.

What is covered

Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

Structural failures or damage that occur under normal, intended use.

What is not covered

Normal wear and tear.

Damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper installation, modification, or accidents. Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, discoloration, etc.) that does not affect function. Products used in a commercial or rental environment (unless otherwise specified).

Warranty claim process

Include clear photos or videos of the defect or damage.

Our team will review your claim and respond within 5 business days.

If the claim is approved, we will repair or replace the defective product free of charge. If repair or replacement is not possible, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
